Shogun Total War: only Total War I have really played. Loved it except the battles which avoided like a plague in favor of autobattle. Might and Magic Heroes VI? Hmmm 24/7 internet connection? Tropico 4? Damn, so old is Tropico 3 already? Now I feel lazy about buying it. :/ Sword of the Stars II: interesting. Would prefer to know more about Northstar... maybe after they release this. Dungeons: Never played something like this so obviously, interested. T

One would say that metal should be more important than Diplomatic Capital or Tech. O_o
When it actually spawn in the map generation and/or you are lucky in your Adventure research' spawns. Lately initial resource spawns seem to be quite scarce. There used to me more stuff in the maps. You can always pick Naturalist for your custom Sovereign and start with an iron deposit.
but what about the various champions that roam the world - are they also immortal ? - they need to add aging - dynasty succession - AND they can then add spells like - Prolong life (kingdom) and Sacrifice (empire) to make the channelers live longer
Sovereign not dying and therefore no succession is because of Lore. About what you mention: Troops don't die of old age neither. But in those cases (champions and troops) are more

Art, as many other things in life, is something personal. I like it and it follows Elemental's art theme.
Personally, although I don't dislike the idea, I would prefer to have Teleport being limited in range. Instead of being "go anywhere in your ZOC", I'd prefer it to be "go anywhere in a range of X". And that the spell could be empowered by spending extra mana to increase that range (would need some visual feedback to know the range and how it increases by each empowered mana used). I tend to use channeler armies (if you thought that forcing me to waste all my action points for cas
Normal troops don't die of old age!! Unrealistic! And that's just the tip of the iceberg.[e digicons]:O[/e]
No need for an immortal sovereign if your sov could die of old age
The Sovereign is "immortal" because of Lore. From a Lore point of view (unless Frogboy changed it lately), you would need to play some hundred of thousands "turns" for that to happen.
Not enough war. 1/5

Frogboy's post from the future: "Beta patch 1.09zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzy. Are we ready for 1.1?"
So someone can then complain that kids reach maturity in a few weeks? :P

I was where the Initial Position says. Gilden was alive (and I had peace treaty with him) and I was trying to face the Kraxis armies. The next turn Gilden finally falls. As I try to move onto the nearest Kraxis army, Markinn appears to tell me that I'm not welcome in his lands and asks me to leave. To which I can choose between declaring war or leaving. I was so confused that just

I tried. Everything fine here (Kingdom/Empire and any of the colour options).
I don't tend to use the keyboard to play the game so not sure about this one. In the Unit Design screen, if you hit ESC, what gets closed is the training units menu of the city that you can see behind the Unit Design window. Surely not very important but I'd understand that hitting ESC I should be cancelling the Unit Design menu. [e digicons]o_O[/e]
While I was trying to reproduce this one in my system: https://forums.elementalgame.com/402091 The game crashed while I had the palette open and was clickig the different option tabs behind it (because the paletter doesn't close when you do that or block you from clicking...). dmp and Debug (this one seems useless though) &
Playing Procipinee with Pariden, no mods. I'm in war with Magnar and shortly after conquering one of his cities (still dead lands) I see a nearby Champion (Yoje) with high attack (apparently a Cedar bow). I send Procipinee and a small group to take him out (bye bye 1 tech point/season!). I have tried a few times and Yoje's behaviour in the tactical combat ends with the battle stuck. As soon as Yoje gets his turn, he tries to reach close combat range. Once he achieves that and
Of the Kingdom of Altar and war casualties Summer 163 A.C. With Urlusuen conquest still fresh, Chuck receives news not to his liking. Apparently, there is a Pioneer of a Kingdom known as Altar that is to the north of the new Mundanian city. Chuck knows what that means: Altar cannot be too far from there. Fall 163 A.C. I though that was a bug too, until I realised you need a level 3 city
My custom faction has its capital at level 4 and still Study as buildings (and no upgrades). Altar in that game has his capital at level 3 and also studies. Maybe it was changed and I totally missed the note about it (wouldn't be the first time, like Int requirements of spells not being applied to the Sov)
