Stardock should only listen to trolls which are obviously the only ones with a brain. The more they insult Stardock or treat them as ignorants without a personality, the better their feedback and more valid their points. (even if that includes saying that Elemental should be an FPS) That's just my opinion as "higly experienced human being". (which means that you all should bow down to my wise words) [e digicons]:pizza

All the battlefield like cloth map, the units as figurines and no animation in them (cloth map, remember?). I do like how 3D battles look and such but I have found myself wishing that sometimes I'd love to play tactical battles like in a cloth map. Non trollish mode off :P
from my point of view the 1.1 is still in a beta state.
Reality > your point of view.

I like how Dregin hate Torians' guts and are more likely to attack them than to others in Gal Civ II. I want that stuff here too. I like
I can never get enough of Rilis. :) She is the best! (despite not being a farmer, she has solid stats for any role)
Yes, some of you have failed your 1.1 chance. Don't be back and save yourselves some frustration. Those who truly care about the game and/or their money spent on it, there is a Support subforum awaiting for your issues reports. Some issues will get resolved sooner than others but that's to be expected.
Of bitter revenge and tragic doom Spring 170 A.C. Rirbiri falls to mundania's might. King Markinn is nearby to the north, alone but a bit more powerful than the two women with a stick in Rirbiri, and there is the presence of a bear, the first wild life seen until now by mundanians since Chuck founded the Kingdom. Bannon Highsley receives orders from Chuck to arm himself and move to Rirbiri to support the troops against Markinn. The Champion arms himself with a spear and so
Procipinee and Pariden. No mods. Autumn 171 A.C. (aprox) As the new season starts and I get the window about a new spell researched and what to do next, the game crashes. Non Bandicoot Crash!
Your idea is based on "Gather people, unlock stuff". Gather a specific number of people to magically get access to building prints not contructed for a century? War of Magic indeed. The Adventure part has some meat though. And the magic one not against not in favour. Getting new spells to research based on getting them in quests ("Oh! New magic scrolls to decipher!"), traditional research in a laboratory*, events or defeating special monsters would be (maybe) best (imho).
Basically, doing exactly the same thing over and over is only fun if you're brain damaged.
Like defeating armies and conquering cities repeadtly until you win by Conquest?[e digicons][/e] And then starting a new game to do the same? ^_^ You have a point in some parts though.
Dear Stardock, Due to living in Europe, the different time zones and having a normal job for those two other points, I still haven't been able to download Elemental 1.1 and play it. Please, send brownies. Kind r egards. -Whinysong PD If brownies are not possible, cookies will do. PPD Elemental for my mobile will do too!
The best woman is the female farmer out there (if she is still in 1.1 because I haven't been able to play it yet, and she seems quite rare to find anyway). Get ready not to marry your daughters in that case.
Sure takes a long time to kill a npc that has 350+hp with arcane arrow...especially with nearly no mana to speak of; lol. I've been stairing at 2 unfinished quests right outside my capitols z.o.c. for the last 30 turns... got nothing that can touch stacks with 1,250+ hp. ha.. serves me right for jumping in on ridiculous.
Well, I don't play on higher difficulty levels so Arcane Arrow "woks fine" in middle ones. [
That pic is clearly photoshopped. Minor Factions continue to be an urban legend. :P
Haha. Ignore me. Me = fail at maths. XD
the game is called "War of magic"
Here we go again . Waiting for yer opinion about what should be the first expansion about in game mechanics terms considering it's named "Fallen Enchantress". Sadly, it's an honest question. I do agree with the fact that if people (in-game one) called it "War of Magic" should be because there was like big magic involved in that per
Wyh are you limiting yourself to one spell?
It is just a Contest which clearly states that only the first one is guaranteed to be included (part of the prize for being top dog) and that in no where it says that others couldn't be added.
If Stardock thinks that the only way to improve the game is by cutting down trees... as long as the end result is fun and that, as with many other things, I'll accept it. That said, I like the 5 trees and would like them more fleshed out and with some interactions between them. But I'm just a gamer in a legion of.
Master of Magic does not bother me at all. Perhaps if the time doesn't make any sense, they shouldn't underline how long one turn is and instead abstract time into "turns".
They were called Turns and, as usual, some people had to complain about it too. If someone wants to complain, even the silliest detail in the game can be used as excuse. *shrug*
just because we fear it going bad again doesn't mean it's likely to happen.
I have no fear. I just don't want options limited because someone wants less clicks (which isn't unreasonable) and only buys full sets all the time (to each his own). I only buy full sets when I'm swiming in Gildars (which is not early game, that's for sure). Until then, I buy what I can when I can for who I can. I only need tabs and to not to be shown the
They are off-limits. 1.1 later today (tomorrow for some of us)
At least someone had the chance to play 1.09w, AI easy or not. :P
Previously, on Elemental... 1.09e [e digicons]x_x[/e]
I tried to get the last beta patch (damn pond between us!) but seems to give me some 1.09e... Tried to play it but I cannot. Honestly. Interface just feels so wrong compared to what we have in the betas that I cannot imagine how the hell I managed to play the game with it. O_o Can you release 1.1 right now? [e digicons]:pout:[/e]
