Its not even an option, ive tried restarting impulse, heck even restarted my computer once, but nada. I do have the option in setting marked for beta updates.

fyi, if you right click on the impulse icon in the systray and chose settings and mark the option for alpha/beta updates their, it dosn't work.

nm... you have to set the preferences from the main app (right click top left tab) rather than the tray. bleh.
