I've had a couple of problems with 1.09R regarding monsters attacking cities.
I created a city, and I moved three injured troops into the city. Then one turn later I moved a fourth champion into the city. Then I pressed end turn. Monsters attacked the city and
BUG1: Only the first three troops showed up in combat, including my soverign
After Combat my Soverign was returned to my capital but
BUG2: The city was still there and the last champion I put into the city was there (wow, I could have used his help in the last battle.)
I pressed end turn and the monsters attacked again, this time killing my lone champion and
BUG3: The city was still under my control and on the map view the dark shield appeared indicating troops in the City but there were no troops in the city.
I noticed that I had 3 materials so I wanted to build a peasant in the city so
BUG 4: as soon as I clicked on the city my number of materials dropped from 3 to 2 and I could not build the troop.
On the next turn I got the message that Monsters had invaded my city and it was gone.
The other consistent bugs I have experienced are that on the turn that your hero completes a quest, from that time to the end of the turn the area around the hero that just completed the quest shows as not visible. (And sometimes the hero dissapears from the cloth map unless you click on him.) Then suddently on the next turn the visible range is back to normal.
Finally, about half the time when I return that dead rat back to the quest inn, nothing happens.
