When loading a game, I've encountered this bug 3 times already, my capital city's HUD is replaced with a nearby's independent city HUD.

This was happening in the Beta...
I haven't run into it yet in 1.0X but that def should have been fixed already...
I have had this issue also. This happened straight after installing the patch. Re- started game and all Ok.

I've seen this also, and still in 1.01. FWIW, I've noticed that if you eject a unit from the city, the HUD resets to the correct one.
I had this happen to me as well in multiple games in 1.01. Either it's my city taking the hud of another or it's another city that get my cities name..
Yep, it comes and goes during sandbox games.
