This actually started in 3C. When I launch the game, the splash/credits screen works fine, but as soon as the main menu appears, my mouse is locked to the top portion of the screen - which corresponds to where my Windows 7 taskbar is. When I click anywhere in that top portion of the screen, Elemental minimizes. At this point I can maximize and everything works fine. This issue does not show up when I launch the game with my taskbar on the bottom of the screen.
