Horse -> +1 movement, +2 speed (50 gold, 1 horse, +0.1 unit wages)
Saddle -> +1 movement, +1 speed (10 materials, 5 gold) requires Saddles Tech
Stirrups-> +1 speed, +1 finesse (5 materials, 5 gold) requires Stirrups Tech
(also Stirrups)-> can wield 2H weapons on horseback, (possible increased charge bonus)
A stirrups can only be added to a unit template with a Saddle
Mounted Combat Tech leads to Saddles Tech
Saddles Tech + Ranged Weaponry Tech lead to Stirrups tech
