Initially I was requiring authorization for people to be able to edit the Elemental wiki, to keep vandalism down and so on. However it also seems to be keeping contributions down. So it is now open. You can now just go to the site and edit. Still will need a Wikidot account I believe, but no authorization is needed.

I haven't had time personally to edit much so it needs other people to help get it up to date. Would be nice to have pretty good information when the game launches. Though the URL will keep saying "beta" (elemental.wikidot.com was taken) I'll change the site around to indicate a general wiki when it launches.
