Marvin, I don't really think it's valid issue at this point we ned a working solution for mulitplayer FE. if the issue of time will be a burning one it will be requested later, for now we just want to play it against human
Not sure,but might be yor antivirus checking the 3,5 GB file prior to letting it run. From the proces window it loks like it it is running, but the system is basicly preping to deal with it. you don't very often see that large files. SD, seems to like distributing it that way. I'd very much lile to have it split.
HF: trait suggestion. Potent poison, for higher level spiders, should reduce poison resistance on top of the increased poison damage. basicly working like dodge against accuracy or spell resistance against spell mastery. It is fairly easy to get more than 100 poison resistance by now (drota, plus hel of hygiene plus goblen is 150 poison resist already)
me neither, I don't quite get the problem behind the MP of tacticals, and why they need to be rewriten completely I assume, it's because that it is played from the local data only (the rest of the game was at the times of WoM written with server based xmls on the strategic layer) and there is an issue of sending in and out packages on how the situation changes in close to rts manner to avoid heavy lags. Fb, Derek, please enlighten us.

that's just a crap luck ... I've been cheesing upon a slag 8 level sovereign (drota from stormworld mod) plus 4th level Donya both assassins, but with good enough skills the slag got blinded, poisoned, sov was fighting it from within the fortfied tile with evade on. multiple 5-10 damage hits, with slag missing me as he should, then two crits one after another and the beast got down from 148 hp to 1. yes one. feeling lucky? too soon <

parrotmath, how about making a configuration file form Mod Manager? would make it a lot easier to be able to manage them with that tool.

HF, is it possible to mod autoupgrade monsters once they reach certain level? bear cub -> bear -> cave bear it's kind of funny to to see level 15 bear cub, tearing apart cave bear. that way fighting and loosing against a monster will have additional consideration secondary is it possible to mod attack/defense upgrade on levelup on top/in place of hitpoints? posted here with question in mind if you plan to add something lik

Damn, I tried to install v 1.00 from the backup, but the file was said to be corrupt (low probability, but anyway). I managed to redownload v. 1.00 (it had installed previously), and got the same result, short installation, and no executables.

Yep, again the same. I managed to run the installer, and after 9-10% it finished with a success but without executables HELP!!!! - win 7, fresh reinstall (that's why I need to reinstall fe :( )
Not on my side. I've removed anything I was able to find in registry. and tried again. this time I managed to download the thing using SDC. failure. What's interesting is that four out of five times I get extraction failed (file is corrupt) during the initial decompression. the one time it managed to decompress succesfuly, it has installed again without executable files ... it's getting frustrating ... :(

Hi, I am unable to logon to the SDC. Most probably the problem is with the firewalled connection. Is it possible to logon via standard http? Normally it wouldn't be a problem, but I wanted to download copy of the file and the repeated tries from the store page get interupted plus the initial download (before interruption) is extremally slow.
