[SDC] unable to logon

Hi,

I am unable to logon to the SDC. Most probably the problem is with the firewalled connection.

Is it possible to logon via standard http?

Normally it wouldn't be a problem, but I wanted to download copy of the file and the repeated tries from the store page get interupted plus the initial download (before interruption) is extremally slow.
