I was able to defeat master quest champion using those skills. The dragon should retaliate but was not when the skills were used not normal attack. also the AI should have higher priority on using flame breath (when targetting squads, and despair when targetting armies).

The spell when cast on dragon results in 'no effect'. can anyone confirm it works on his machine? not sure if this is a local problem.

I used only unit equipped ones (hence the +1 per level suggestion for them to stay relevant). But also I think that they should all benefit from traits like other weapons. ie. slings should get +10% from apprentice bruiser if you get lethal they should also have +3 attack and so on... that way even with low base attack, a high level champion would do 10-20 damage with them

HF, can you create more bandit units? I mean I don't think only humans are capable of thievery. It would create a fair amount of further variety if you add some rogue elves, or wandering skeletons or other sapient beings equipped lightly from the bandit hideouts.

Playtested the mod with Stormworld. Had some fun, with web throwing units of Drota, and slinging them. However the overall feel was they don't scale. Much like the original throwing knifes, they do minimal damage to begin with and become obsolete later on. Just won a game with drotas. Couple of remarks. The web ability of default militias doesn't work. I designed myself archer units with venomous and webs (figured it would be clever), but the web ability didn't worked and the venomous didn't work on bows. ev4debug, I was thinking, would you be able to add option to autodownload mods, if the modder would put them in some place (or for the first go, just send to you the dropbox links to the latest zip file (provided that the filename does not change ie latest without version) you could maintain and the list of mods with links.

A friend of mine bought the game. He played through tutorial, and started a sandbox game. Then he asked me about few things I took for obvious. el_phantasma. you tried with 1.02? (they've changed something to the installer) you might also try to install it via SDC. on both accounts, truly, this are only blind tries as I don't think 1.02 installer change has anything to do with a long start before execution and StarDockCentral should point and execute the installer just like you'd do from explorer. Still worth a try.
