Cut the cable years ago and have no regrets. Most networks host at least some of their shows online. Some networks like CBS are very good at it. Their stream quality drops at times (in my region) but shows are often available within an hour of airing. Adverts went from one per show to like 12 or more. Clearly there is growing market for online viewing. But some dolts don't host their shows online. Or they show just the latest episode.. delayed for one to four weeks after airing.

Another thought is that the AI is smart and thinks that being webbed ought mean the archers can't fire, and that beguiled archers would be confused to shoot at their mates. ;) But if this were the case, the affects might ought last no more than a turn, maybe two. Perhaps longer for units within melee range?
I think it’s safe to say that Fallen Enchantress is the start of a beautiful new fantasy game world.
Agreed. Am glad you speak of further development. Is good game. Becoming an interesting game-scape. And shaping up to revolutionalize TBS. Few reviews but high usage speaks well of the power of product word of mouth in the internet age. Products speak for themselves. Loud-mouthed internet does the rest.

Thanks for the review, i've been curious. Am looking at a notebook as main computer for living off-grid. Do as much as i can on the lo-power machine. i've a Biolite cook stove which harnesses heat to power usb charged devices. And a 10 watt backpackers solar panel from Goal-Zero. With just these two i can already power the lights and have a work days worth of tablet use (or a few days with a few hours use each day). Use the tablet for most things (social, movies music games, reading w

How about a master links list being the first most prominent sticky? Closed to posting. When users see a new post icon afore the stickied thread, they know new info has been added.. cuz only SD peeps post there. User seeks info, comes to the links sticky and follows the hyperlink appropriate to their query.

Been playing for a few days. Mostly on Cloth Map as my 32 bit system can't handle this game. But i been playin anyway :~) Is quite fun. i'm enjoying all the new aspects. E::FE adds new stuff to 4X TBS. And does the basics well. Outposts and city specialization are nice. Is cool to see Essence return in a relevant way. There's more. Lots more. The game is near great. Some tweaks and changes ..and i think this game is well in the running for game of the year. The

This excites me. It's a long time in coming that someone should commit to this. It is inevitable. Earth peoples will need off planet resource. Either that or we learn alchemy and transmutation. Is good to explore off planet. We are bound to find new elements and ores. New building blocks for humans to play with.

I'd like to see indications of the land being altered by monsters, magic, men and mayhem. Like spider webs becoming visible in the trees, as a spider colony grows more populous. On the world map, player notices webs atop a few trees in a nearby forest. Overtime the webs thicken and the canopy expands. The threat grows. If you leave it over-long, the forest dies and the spiders mass migrate to new homes. Six groups of ravenous spiders, each lead by a monstrous sister queen; walking
