I agree that one option is to grey out the original train button. Another option is to allow the both 'train' buttons to select production.

What about Mazzy? They built a drake and were Yithril. and in 0.77 I built a drake as well (with a custom non-serpent faction)

If the mouseover is correct ... "Path of the Serpent" is unfortunately quite useless :( (I really like the lore of it/feel of it ... but I don't see any benefit, since anyone can recruit naja/ophidian/drakes)

Do my equations seem favorable to you? PS, does anyone else get this bug where you have to scroll up 8 miles to find the thread?

Aye ... methinks the blanket nature of this forces people into a stock formation of Armies led by 1 champion apiece. A slightly more organic approach for each unitclass (Champion and Unit) would be appreciated Xc = X/(0.7N+0.2n) Xu = X/(0.4+0.3N+0.3n) (as an example)

No, simply that setting an artificially low limit is unrealistic. 50 arrows to battle is reasonable, is it not? Arrow capacity could be limited by strength and s

So why pay for a game I want to play when it makes me feel good not to. I'll just steal it. It's all about me anyway--that's all that matters. If you try to tell me it's wrong, I'll act out because you're intolerant of and bigoted towards me--

Looks like they went with 'launch as is'. I wonder which bug they will already know about before we start reporting ...

I guess the fear is that you could have 1 (slow) melee unit of 200 defense facing a kiting archer of only 1 attack ... and thus you get a battle that never ends. :) (or rather, a battle that takes 50 turns to win, assuming the melee unit has 50 HP ... and assuming attacks cause at least 1 damage if they hit)

Hmm. I'm guessing they are debating on releasing it as-is or stay afterhours to finish it up. So probably something between 5 and 7 pm depending on what they decide.

Yea ... AOE is 9x as effective against those large things :) I used my scroll of blizzard to reduce Torax to half health once :) (I figure no point in saving scrolls like that if I'm not going to use it in a super-mega battle like vs Torax) Edit: Ninjaed :( ... I thought it was a FEATURE! :(

I am concerned that "Serpent's Pact" doesn't do anything ... should either do something or be removed imho (I like the flavor of it ... but if it has no effect then its just a noob trap)

I agree that the Cost of "Summon Hero" should be directly proportional to the number of heroes the civ currently has. And I think it would be a good idea under the right circumstances (implemented in certain ways) -> I also don't mind 'enchanting' a shard to give it the effect of a different type ... at the cost of no longer getting its mana.

Hmm. Yea, I like the idea of 'barren land' eventually healing ... but I guess I'll have to play around with the current build to see what I truly think about the system :)
