hmm. What about less than twice?

So was your fiance during the 4th movie the same gf that you walked out on during the 5th movie? and were the circumstances around the 5th movie part of the reason you don't bother going to the movie theatre any more?
Life without parole is more inhumane than the death penalty. Dying in prison after 50-60 years , it's less cruel just to shoot or hang the guy. (I'd replace the chair/injection with shooting and hanging, which is less cruel, but shooting would be reserved for ex-military who served honorably)
Makes sense. Are bullets more expensive than rope btw? Or is the idea to reuse the same ro
dihir, I think what they are trying to say is that there is no benefit to having the Wraith race even for Resoln. Personally I think Hallowed Rights is decent for archers. I could see taking Zealot if I had to (ie cheap, expendable archers), but I think 0 HP per level is a little much. Maybe Zealot should reduce defense instead?
did u mean to say life "without" parole is too inhumane? or that life 'with' parole is too inhumane for the rest of us? :P
2 words..... Soylent Green...
Bleh whatever :P I personally think that only people convicted of VIOLENT crimes should spend prison time. Well, perhaps Violent crime and White collar crime (violence against our livelihoods), but nothing else.
Hmm ... horse steak. Better than glue in my opinion :P (or rather, make steaks out of all those you send out to the Glue factory)
I, however, do not want to work in order to pay for other people to find themselves.
Neither do I want to work in order to pay for other people to rot in prisons. We have the highest percentage of prisoners among reporting nations (and probably the highest among non reporting as well). Sure, we generally tend to treat our prisoners better than other nations, but privatization of prison systems is a part
If anything, we may just have to withdraw from Foreign bases, and consolidate our reign of influence. I think if we took half of our Budget on Defense, and focused that money on well thought out reforms of internal domestic-based laws, we could increase the overall efficiency of our spending in the Medical and Education fields. It might be too much to hope that schools and hospitals can start acting like service centers and stop acting like businesses, but at least we could be
To revise, while in a period of decline (which, imho, had its origins with arrogant and greedy economic policies starting with Reagan) I do not think we are on our way to a Fall.
The roman empire collapsed because 1) they didn't pay their debts to the mercenaries [Huns] 2) Empire became very divided during the reign of Military-based "Barracks Emperors" some centuries earlier 3) Intelligentsia fled to Greece (and Scythia, and Egypt) 4) Capital was moved away from Rome (to Constantinople) I do not think that the US deserves to be compared to the late Roman empire at this time ... not enough similarities imho</p
Race to the Bottom ... haven't heard that phrase before, but I am aware of its occurrence at least among the foreign countries that host American production facilities (primarily of Africa and Asia).
I guess it depends on the rest of the rig as to whether an SSD is worth it then? (even if the answer is usually going to be yes.) ... ?
I see. So the general rule, then, would be to either buy a laptop with one, or if having a desktop, to upgrade immediately ;)
I think that perhaps each State's economic circumstances are a bit different. I wonder if increased states rights, and the freedom for different states to pursue different economic systems, could be a step in the right direction?
Happy Thanksgiving! :)
Both dungeon keeper 1 and dungeon keeper 2 had a special map only accessible at midnight evenings where there was a full-moon Sincerely ~ Kongdej
THAT. IS. AWESOME!!! :D
Hmm. It depends ... if its a social thing (face-book status, etc) and I know them closely, there is always that feeling that it could be about me (even if it ends up just being something silly). Usually in intellectual discussion though, I don't tend to think a post is directed at me unless I am addressed by name ;)
I feel like I need to learn more about the elementary basics of what an SSD is. More than that though (per perhaps less than that?) is that I'd like to know if any computers start with an SSD in place, and if not, why not. :P ( or rather, why do we always have to manually install SSDs ... or at least that is the tone here? let me know please ;) )
So say ... if a Fell Dragon is roaming near your city ... just 'wandering' ... it will never attack me unless some pissant soldier attacks it first? (I kind of like this, in a way ...)
Edited the OP. anyone know if granting exp on a per level basis is possible?
right right :P Anyways, I'd like to know if basing exp gain on level is even possible ... and I wonder what sort of implementation would be justified ...
Hmm. Tied to the hero's level eh? Is that even possible? I agree about renaming the Senate house to the 'House of Nobles/ House of Lords'
thank you :)
Adventurer's Guild +10% exp for all owned Champions (global), -25% champion recruitment cost, -25% Item cost in shops Town Hall +1 exp every turn (per level?) for Path of the Governor(s) in the city Governor's Manor requires town Hall +2 exp every turn (per level?) for Path of the Governor(s) in the city Council of Lords ( 1 per faction ) -10% unrest all cities +20% loc
I think Adventurer's guild should give a global +10% experience gain to all of your Heroes (and henchmen?) --> there should be something else, like a Governor's Guild, that increases experience for sitting heroes.
