I think this is a great idea, but unfortunately is dependent on how much resource Stardock can devote to it, so I don't expect to see it in the near future. In an ideal world, Stardock would have enough expert developers to respond to each of our bug reports the next day, and to upgrade their forum handling hardware to handle this forum responsively [e digicons][/e] Seriously, as an employee of a software company that is often lucky to fix customer problems in 3 to 6

OK, in my latest game I had a son (first born) come of age, and he showed up as unit in my capitol city.

I might have hit this one also. After selecting a custom sovereign that I'd created the game before, and selecting the kingdom to lead, the game crashed while creating the world. debug.err is here. dxdiag is here. memory dump is here.

Starting a new game, my sovereign was placed next to a plot of fertile ground, on an unoccupied tile, but otherwise completely surrounded by forest. I founded a city, but my sovereign did not move away from the city like it usually does. I moved him one tile diagonally away from the city and tried to build a hut, but found that no buildings were selectable from the list: <a href="http://dl.dro

In a couple of games that I've managed to complete with a victory, I've had up to 3 children, both girls and boys. I've also seen both my oldest and the oldest child of Tarth grow to maturity, and I've seen the young Princess of Tarth wandering about. In fact, after I attacked and killed her mother, I had to go after the Princess to end the game. My oldest child did not become a unit I could move, although she could have been stuck in the city and I didn't notice. Di

dropbox.com was suggested in the "Beta reporting guide" sticky thread. I've been using it for the last 2 days and it seems to work well. 2G storage space for free, but you do have to register with them.
I think you don't match requirements, in this pic.
Please explain. As I said, when I loaded the saved game I was able to build the farm.

From the looks of the last few pages of the debug.err, this might be another memory problem. I was just trying to move the map when it crashed. debug.err is here. dxdiag is here. memory dump is here.

I attacked the Gilden sovereign and killed him. Several turns later I founded a new town on the spot where one of the Gilden's towns had been, next to a spot of fertile land that (I think, but I'm not 100% sure) that he'd already built on. A while later I tried to build a farm on this fertile land, but could not because the farm option was greyed out: I think I've seen this reported elsewhere

This happened to me again, three times today. Each time I was using a custom hero, after playing 2 earlier games with one of the provided heros without hitting this freeze. In case it helps, here's the debug.err from the last of the 3 games.

It's not so bad if you are lucky enough to get housing early in the game. I found out in my last game that they'll only level up after your town becomes a hamlet. So when I got housing I only had one hamlet and 4 huts that upgraded, and the two other towns I founded later upgraded their huts only when they'd grown to hamlets. It was easier to manage the gold with it happening that way.

I declared war on Gilden (through the diplomacy screen), and attacked their sovereign. Strangely, it looked like I got 2 attack screens and then 2 victory screens for the same battle. Anyway, I got the sovereign level-up screen, was able to distribute the 5 points and click ok, and then got the CTD. I think this was the first time I've ever made it to level 5. debug.err is here. <a href="h

Playing against 2 opponents, I managed to get a conquest victory by defeating the other 2 sovereigns and the grown daughter of one of them. Along the way, though, I noticed some strangeness with my income and expenses. I had a steady income of about 20 gold per turn just before attacking the first opponent. I had 3 towns, each of which had a tax office and a couple of markets. After capturing my opponent's towns, my expenses went through the roof. Towards the end

Several times I've seen my sovereign get stuck near water. It's been when I've set a destination for it and the path take it near water. It won't move then until I manually reset the detination away from the water. I don't know if this is the same as your case or not, since as far as I can tell you're a bit farther away from the water than I was, but I guess it's a possibility.

What's happened in my last few games is that on the first turn, I see the resources immediately around me, but no others (even if I control-U), but when I found my first city and make the first move with my sovereign, all of a sudden they all show up.

Yes, I saw that in my last game also. It dropped my treasury from about 950 gold to less than 50 in one turn. I didn't get a chance to see if it upgraded all my huts or only as many as I could afford. By the time I thought of looking at that it was several turns later and the game had crashed.

Managed to get quite far into this game, but it crashed when I hit the spacebar for the next move. debug.err is here. dxdiag is here. Memory dump is here.

In the trade window, I've offered a trade treaty to Tarth, and it says that both kingdoms will get 0 gold per turn from it. Is that supposed to be correct? Also, note that it looks like the Tarth treasury has gone negative, and their balance looks like it's 4 billion. Also, the text "Trade Treaty" is sort of on top of the "I would like to propose"
