[0.291 CRASH] Crash on sovereign level-up

I declared war on Gilden (through the diplomacy screen), and attacked their sovereign. Strangely, it looked like I got 2 attack screens and then 2 victory screens for the same battle. Anyway, I got the sovereign level-up screen, was able to distribute the 5 points and click ok, and then got the CTD. I think this was the first time I've ever made it to level 5.
