Peter- Let me know if it works, sorry you had to go to all this trouble.
Well, I disabled the Undead DLC in Steam and started a new game. I am still stuck with level five cities. I am most emphatically NOT playing undead. I have no idea why this mod is not working for me. I put the file in my mods folder. 'Use Mods' is selected, as I use quite a few mods. Could the Patchwork mod be messing this up?
Maybe. Not sure. Any mod that messes with city hub files would likely no
Argh! I don't know how I missed that. I usually read everything... I am indeed playing with undead. Can undead be disabled? I'd rather play with your mod than with undead.
The Undead DLC can be active with this mod (it's how I play). Rather, the UNDEAD FACTION cannot get cities over lvl 5.
Sorry for my cluelessness. I have tried installing this mod and it is not working for me. I right click the download link and select "Save Link As..." (if I just click it, it opens the XML document), and thereby download "ROVANA Level 6 and 7 city.xml". I put that in my mods folder. I start a new game. I build a city to level 5, and am informed that this is the maximum level of the city. What did I do wrong?
-Ar
Hi Davrovana, i think i found a bug with the growth building( level 6 town ) it doesn't provide 25% growth as advertised, i only get a 1% growth thingy in my towns, also i noticed you used a 1.25 prestige tag in the xml, might be the reason for it not working.
Thanks, I'll check on that.
The answer is: 'cause. Someone made a mod that puts in it the shop, look on the modding forum and you might find it.
It can take a turn before the penalty is re-checked. Did you let any turns pass?
It can take a turn before the penalty is recognized. Did you let any turns pass?
Sounds pretty cool - and different.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\FE Legendary Heroes\data\English\CoreUnits.xml Champions are in this file as well.
This mod is a terrific piece of work and i have been able to run it with dsraider's Blood and Mana mod w/o crashes. Love the traits and the quests are really well done. Look forward to any future classes you put together. Thanks again.
Thanks! I mocked up a sorcerer trait tree, but need to find the time to start banging out the tags before I ca
ONE: Would it be easy to teach the AI to move, THEN use abilities/spells? I expect this would really power up the AI's tactical battle performance, in aggregate. Example: AI units will only use Crushing Blow on targets that are adjacent at the start of that AI unit's turn. It does understand move, then attack. It doesn't understand move, then use ability. TWO: Mostly in city defense scenarios, the AI seems to think that staying put with its melee unit
Maybe, but that sounds like poor implementation. All they had to do was make it non-additive so multiple heroes didn't stack movement bonuses. Or change the spell to "forced march" and give all units in the army -4 initiative in any battles they fight.
Hmm. Personally I like the spell as-is, but the -initiative to army could make an interesting alternative.
The compass works for armies.
My PC laughs at your console! Ha! (I have a 360 but screw the Xbone)
Sure, it's possible. It's also redundant...enough plagues are already stored at Ft. Detrick and other places around the world. No real need for more.
In my opinion, the CIA would jump at the chance to eradicate Al-Qaeda via microbes. Biological Stuxnet. But that would potentially risk many lives - and given the morality displayed by military intelligence lately, that does not leave me feeling secure.
Another problem with magic currently is the lame "one time" use spells. Only one hero or sov can have tireless march?!? Only one can be annointed by fire? And the vanilla summoning system is awful!
In the Legendary Heroes Beta, it used to be that way. It made it possible to create stacks with a 13 move. One stack of doom could win the game in one turn. So I would say, the grass looks green
I personally would love to see the current mage class split into evoker and summoner and then another support or close-range type mage added.
There's an app for that!
The bacterium makes a desired product, it isn't being targeted (nor are any viruses). The ability to create super lethal bacteria and viruses has existed for some time (bacteria 'created' by injudicious use of antibiotics).
The ability to synthesize DNA structure opens up new possibilities of 'made for purpose' pathogens, right? Sure diseases could be engineered before, but isn't this
DNA-targeted viruses or bacteria. Yikes.
Is there going to be a new 4X fantasy game announced every other week? Endless Legend looks great but I am very satisfied with LH.
The problem with Global Corporate Capitalism is that it highly rewards sticking the exploitation to someone without a voice. The key mistake the owner made here is that the people getting f***ed over are here in the US, not in Malaysia. When Malaysian kids die in factories, no one in America will hear enough about it to care. They key is to f*** over people who can't be heard by the limited attention span of the American Progressives - and do it over and over, until a cheaper, eve
What about blizzard scrolls? They are usable, so you could make any other item usable, right? Here's the code
Blizzard Scroll Use this scroll to do 16 cold damage (+2 per water shard) per member to enemy units. &n
They do respawn - after 10 turns. And with each shard upgrade, the creatures get tougher. The death shard demons are amazing. I love Binding.
Some great ideas in here. Vendetta in particular is creative.
