At least as a separate XML value, please?
Heavenfall
I'll add this to the Stormworld wiki for people who are having problems with it.
Also, have you considered increasing the amount of men in each unit, but keeping the model count the same? By using CoreFormations.xml
I hope I am making sense here.
Well, there's always hope! You could change the name of the group sizes, 3-man squad becomes 30-man squad for example.
I think Blindness is OP without the kraxis thing. 50% reduction to accuracy? That's an early-game reduction of melee damage by ~50% that scales perfectly throughout the game. Compare with Shrink, Life 3, target gets -50% melee damage and +50% dodge. The problem with Blindness is you can't really balance it without boosting other death spells. It is CRUCIAL to building a death mage. Edit: I would change Blindness to 35% (+2% per death shard). Then I would boost
Niiice... I just finished a quest with a ton of options and five different possible fights (and three different endings) in less than an hour. This Wizard is awesome.
In 0.983 you added a "use" button to the loot pop-up. Normally this button works, but when I tried using it with the Blight Scroll, the spell simply didn't trigger. Steps to reproduce: 1. Loot Blight Scroll from something like a goodiehut, monsterlair or quest 2. When this popup appears press Use 3. The scroll is consumed, but the spell is never cast. No visual effect, no effec
I'm fine with keeping the units if we pay for them. Maybe even a choice where we pay for the champion with, or without, the mobs.
Starting with a new quest.
If I add several choices to the same objective that all require a resource, the ID is not updated appropriately for the choices. They all have ID 0.
I think ocean's mantle is just fine. Life and Water are two of the least offensive spelltraits in the game. It is perfect for a mostly-buffer type character. The same spell would be crazy OP if you did a fire/death character, for example.
Copyright doesn't stop just because a company goes belly up. All valuable assets are divided up those they owed money, most likely other companies. They may never use those, but that doesn't make it legal to infringe on their rights and you are every bit as vulnerable to legal reactions as if the first company still existed.
Yeah I don't think that one's a bug.
Sorry, meant debug.err.
Clearly trees are already in the local data, because everyone plays with it but only a few are missing the trees. Guys, treat this as you would any normal bug. Start uploading your directx reports. My bet is this is a gpu or memory issue.
I have seen this as well. Despite the fact that the bear gets tamed in turn 1, the goodiehut doesn't flip to lootable until turn 2.
The Greenskin are basically based on violence, which means their "society" usually devolves into an endless squabble to be the strongest through physical means (when they're not fighting themselves they're fighting others). This creates a predictable pattern where they evolve in a single direction. However, this ordinary pattern has been de-railed by the fact that some of them can now use magic. That means physical strength and violence aren't the two determining factors anymore.
They were more brutish but Titans merged Greenskin with Men to create the Fallen. The Greenskin were then exterminated (successfully). During the Cataclysm, the magical energies cause some Fallen to revert to their Greenskin nature, but they still had a part of them human. That's why they aren't 3 meters tall, why they aren't really stupid, and why they can use magic now.
If you are not using a mod then I don't want a save. [e digicons]:D[/e] If you are using a mod, any save will do (after bug appeared).
Sell the stuff, offer them gildar. I don't see a way to enable trading items, but you should try it out.
I haven't really tried it, but I think once you put it in the unittype it goes on the unit. The one exception I can think of is if you put it on a trainable unit, the trait counts as Unit_Design and it is blocked through research for your faction. In that case, the unit won't appear until you've researched the trait.
Sounds nasty!
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Since it's a modded game you shouldn't report it here. Sorry, that's just the rules. Can you upload a save somewhere and I'll have a look at it?
I would recommend you try something very simple just ot test if the core xml is being read right. Such as changing Relias' name.
