I don't quite understand the difference here. The map is hardcoded, AND the campaign is disabled. Does that mean that there is one map, and it is not a campaign map?

Is there any way to unlink my forum account from my army account? I went to the site and wanted to check out what it was all about, and I clicked the "accept terms" button and that was it. I really don't want to participate, and I think the weapons under my avatar look rather ugly. Any chance to remove them?

I'm going to mirror what those before said. It's good for about a month. I really enjoyed space combat in the game, I think that was damn well near perfectly done. But when everyone runs around in the same 3-4 ships with the same 2-3 weapons with the same overpowered 2-3 officer skills (ship abilities), it gets boring fast. Edit: Just to be clear; space combat was FUN, not necessarily star trek though.

Absolutely. In fact, I would sacrifice a great deal - if not everything I had - to see the end of the earth. When I was younger, I had my nihilistic phase like many others. I take pleasure in owning noobs. It's not a lasting thing, it's not something I go hunting for. But if I stumble upon a noob, he gets a good thrashing, I feel good about it. I have no regrets about destroying people that are just bad at games. (newbies are another matter)

I think there's two kinds of karma, one global (from mods) and one game-specific from users. So if you get karma from another game site, it doesn't necessarily show up on the next game site. I could be mistaken.
