We can complain about how some people vent (repeatedly and with bad forms) but we should not deny what it's a fact: the game has issues. And I'm talking about technical issues. Gameplay wise, it's something personal. I don't think that there is anyone thinking that the game cannot be

Re-marriage (and harems...) has been asked since day 1 of whenever dinasty was included in the Beta. Unlike the game mechanic about the Sovereign death ending the game, this one hasn't been changed a bit. I suppose that eventually Stardock may change it but once they start working on developing further the dinasty system (that currently is "capped" from its original purpose, if my memory serves right).
Marry your spouse. Send him/her home. Don't let him/her leave the city unless truly needed. Don't let him/her get into trouble until you have four kids. Once you have four kids, the spouse is free to die or whatever.

Pregnancy is not considered fun ergo it won't make it into the game (not any time soon, anyway). It'd easier and still fun to have a female Janusk for male Sovereigns. Or female Janusk for female Sovereigns.
