The description still mentions the Dragongate quest-series, even though it has no longer anything to do with the Master Quest. It also says, that you need to research Breons Letters to be able to go on Epic Quests, even though this isn't the case anymore.

The Glyph of Life enchantment grants Regeneration to all city defenders during tactical combat. Unlike normal Regeneration, however, this one still heals during combat.

Agreed. Also: There are ten buildings called Monument. The others are for special resources located in the Wildlands. Haven't found all of them, though.
