[0.981][Description] The Master Quest description in the Kingdom Report needs an update

The description still mentions the Dragongate quest-series, even though it has no longer anything to do with the Master Quest. It also says, that you need to research Breons Letters to be able to go on Epic Quests, even though this isn't the case anymore.
