Fallen Enchantress weighs in more than 20 points more than its predecessor, which had 53. That's a great start. 76 is still "in the green" and is a nice, balanced score. Most of the reviews were fair and decent, and point to the incredible progress the undertaking has made, as well as its potential. Well done!

Just in case I am unable to rescue my laptop from whatever is plagueing it, and it needs to be scrapped, I would require a simple bit of advice in getting a replacement. What is SSD?

I do not have a Windows 7 disk (it was preinstalled and no disk), and resetting only lets me choose a day 4 days old. It's not enough. Also, Windows attempts to re-install updates immediately -- that doesnt make things better either. I've tried most combinations (restore, /scannow, virus scan) and nothing seems to help. Something must be permanently damaged, whatever that is, or maybe it is a hardware error. I think I will have to give up.... :-( THank you for your well-me
