... not sure what's wrong with these forums and why noone from Stardock seems to be participating, but I did find the answer to my question from reply #11 above: The entire patch notes seem to be in the first post, an issue with the display of custom faction abilites has been fixed, that's it. I deduce that not much more can be expected to be fixed in the next few years. Thank you.
I'm so glad you guys are still enjoying this game. You made my day.
Thank you for patching! Sadly, I am still having difficulties with the game that 2.3 was supposed to fix, they seem to be back in 2.4. Some of my problems include: - Display: The lines denoting Zone of Control disappear (perhaps after reloading) - Display: Certain enchantments on units leave a residue, a glowing orange or blue

Tried one more game, and one thing I did notice along the way was that the AI city / empire management as well as unit design demonstrated t he same bizarre flaws they demonstrated back in 1.4 -- conclaves built on tiles with no essence, fortresses set to produce wealth, armorless first-tier peons with plate-mail trait, etc. -- as if no one were listening to the work we invest in posting about this.

Hey, thanks for the patch. I had shelved FE:LH for a while. 1.7 brought me back for two games, and that was nice. For me, the one game-breaking element has still not been addressed, namely the fact that (my wishlist for 1.6 ) non-hostile entities (units or cities) block my movement and prohibit me from ending a turn in the same tile. This one single aspect of the game causes me to quit around mid-game, when the field does be

My only remaining main beef after 1.7 is the ruleset according to which non-hostile entities (cities, units) block movement. For me, this is a game-breaker. Once mid-game starts, I still find myself quitting in 1.7 when I find my own units moving according to ridiculous pathing to avoid a non-hostile unit in a bottleneck.

Thanks. I've never heard of Terarria. Also not entirely sure what a "platformer" is -- is that something like Super Mario Brothers?

Just out of curiousity, what is the difference between Starbound and, say, Distant Worlds (other than the obvious graphical issues)? I've found the website surprisingly uninformative. Is it turn-based or RTS, are there opponents and AI or is it more like Dwarf Fortress? Thanks much
I guess messing with people's nostalgia is always a dangerous thing to do though.
That's quite an astute observation. I was 8 or so myself when I first saw the film in theatres. I have very vivid emotional memories of it, and part of the excitement of rewatching it again with my son 35 years later is reliving the excitement in his face and being able to slip back into being a boy myself. I wish they had simply warned m

This may seem strange, but yesterday was the first time I had re-seen Star Wars (the original, I mean, with Mark Hamill, SIR Alec Guiness, etc.) in about 20 years. I had purchased a 3-DVD set on amazon (this one: http://www.amazon.de/Star-Wars-Trilogie-Episode-IV-VI/dp/B00E9NC0HA/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1391287014&sr=8-3&keywords=star

We are all excited for the other new products in the pipeline, but LH could be "epic" with just a few significant changes!! It won't take much! Please don'

Thank you for this invaluable help, Wizard. Sadly, I'm still having problems, although - I just DLed Revo, it found Sins, I used the uninstaller, it uninstalled, found leftovers (2 in bold, 11 others in next step), I deleted all of those - Reran Revo, it no longer shows Sins - Deleted the Sins-Setup I had downloaded, and re-DLed from Stardock - Clicking that new Sins setup file opens the wizard, which again asks me if I want to uninstall Sins, not install i

Thank you for these replies. Just to make sure I am understanding correctly (I am NOT particularly computer affine) are you all saying I should purchase a 3rd party software (ODNT, Revo, or CCleaner), install that, run it, and follow the instructions that software may give me in regard to Sins? Will these software items, once I install them, be understandable to me in the sense that I can use them to "hunt" for the things I want gone (e.g. I type in "Sins", etc.) and it removes what it needs

I'd still relinquish just about any other wishes simply to have the first item under §6 implemented (non-enemy units can occupy the same tile), anything for UI (§1) would be wonderful, but please oh please, just §6?!?

I switched machines, redownloaded my Sins-install from stardock central, everything is fine -- but during the install, I hit Cancel by mistake, now I attempt to do it again, and I cannot get past this step: the install wizard asks me if I am sure I want to Uninstall all Sins components. I've said "yes" about 4 times now, and apparently I've uninstalled everything successfully these 4 times (??), but I cannot seem to tell my install file / wizard that I am actually interested in instal

Excuse me, I did not mean to sound belittling, that is not my intention whatsoever. (I also believe that Brad and other developers can distinguish between constructive criticism and belittlement; and I also believe that the opposite extreme, of which I accuse nobody here, namely servile flattery, is even less helpful.) I had interpreted the OP to mean that the AI has increased greatly from 1.4 to 1.5. I agree that the AI has improved *vastly* since FE, and seriously since LH 1.0

I got Blueberry Garden for my 6-year-old, and it is quite cute. Realize this is not the primary target group for most users here, but maybe some of you, like me, have kids....

I agree that the AI has improved, but not yet "greatly". I think about 80% of the more serious difficulties still need addressing. This thread here attempts to detail it (about 2-3 pages are worthwhile reading, then there is some bizarre hijacking sidetracking).

With very few exceptions, most of the this thread is still highly applicable, but perhaps could be renamed Wishlist for 1.6, since 1.5 seems not to involve most of it.... How can you rename a thread title?
Quoting Borg999, reply 25 I agree. but the downside, is that the AI could win by magic victory far too easily. Well- yes? You want the AI to be able to win, right? As it is, it never seems to cast Spell of Making on less than Insane, I assume because it doesn't have enough mana.
I would like to see the AI win ... ever, at all, and if it is by magic victory, then more pow
