Maybe immobilize them for a few turns - say that they have to stop and rest after being knocked unconscious in battle. It's a little milder than getting permanent disabilities (let's save that for the battles you actually lose, so there's a clear difference) but it'd slow down your offensive if it happens, enough to make you want to protect your champions rather than treating them as expendable because there's n

I was hoping to see someone had reverse engineered Master of Orion and totally re-vamped it or something (not that it needed much work). But yeah, capturing ships... and scrapping them. Too bad they didn't have more security?

I played the PC Demo and enjoyed the graphics, conversation system, and thought the character creation was decent. However, the inventory, controls, and combat were abysmal. I don't think I'll be going back to it. The worst part of it was that I could see and feel elements of WoW, Dragon Age, and even Fable in the design. Unfortunately, at least to me, they missed the mark.

As far as what to do right now, just get that building from citylevelup that gives you gold wile not producing. A very useful building.
Agreed with Sean here. Asymmetrical warfare is a reality and should be displayed in-game (

It'd be nice to be able to sort of "fast travel" through cities. It can be annoying to go around them. On another note, I've noticed Caravans sometimes getting "hidden" inside cities.

Crystals are (or should) also used for trading as opposed to Gildar (or at least, used to be). So it can help to have some for a trade. Otherwise, like BlackRainZ says, they're used for making the more important magically stuff. Regardless, more information ALWAYS = BETTER.

" I had a problem, I did set 0 yet, they still able to cast power, and I unable cast Death Ward on I created or mod... If you want to add them as a random hero you'd need to add the character to one of the

I'm enjoying FE! :D It's like a totally re-done WoM but better. I must give props on the interface, graphics, and extra items. Tactical combat seems much better as well as character (and city) leveling. I do miss the Dynasty system (will try the "fix" later) and wish we had a few more options for character leveling (enjoying the "rare" and "uncommon" stat increases though; also enjoying the added weapons to select from). I think you guys could do more

I hold on to the fact that America will get everything fixed and we'll eventually see a return of space flight and NASA. I just hope it's in my lifetime.

I've been having trouble trying to maintain enough people in my civilization to do just about anything. I've got a rather small military of maybe 2 X4 Militia and 2 X8 Infantry and, admittedly, a large capital city infrastructure. However, just about each city is NEGATIVE in it's citizenry (not population). I've got really small outposts that haven't constructed or built ANYTHING cost me something like -200 citizens at a population of 6. When I click the cit

I think they did basically remove that with the new way they do character portraits, which kinda sucks. That being said, rebuilding the data.zip is a pain and totally inferior to the default way. Sometimes it seems like they're making things like modding harder and slowly removing some minor features (which were kinda cool).

I too must admit my love of Medieval II. For me I enjoy controlling and managing my generals, commanders, and royal family. Its fun to follow the "stories" that these character's develop. For something truely different and amazing check out the Third Age mod. Also, Rome was also a fantastic game. So simple, diverse, and engaging. Shogun II is good but lacks the diversity and flavor of Medieval II and Rome... it also really helps to be a big fan of ancient asian warfare. Pe

I admit, that combat actually looks pretty good. If they can truely provide a vast open gameworld akin to Space Rangers or Freelancer and some deep ship customization then I'm sold .

I did enjoy Game Dev Story but it feels like its missing too much and it'd have been better as a more deep PC title. I enjoyed Roller Coaster Tycoon and I'm considering getting RCT 3 Platinum version if it's any good (anyone played it?). Sim City, if considered a Tycoon-Game, will probably be my favorite but I also did enjoy Theme Hospital quite a bit. Any other excellent Tycoon games? I'd been away from Elemental for a while but something brought me back. I was wondering what has changed with regards to Champions and the way they function? A while back I had attempted to make a number of more interesting traits but ran into some roadblocks: Stardock removed the ability for Champions to produce resources while stationed in a city and I couldn't figure out how to implement trait or history bonuses based on a unit or character's attributes

I forsee logistics being a problem regarding getting games out on time, however, I think publishers also have some priorities regarding releases as well. That being said, a few days isnt something to really be at arms about. Regarding Australia, you guys need to talk to your politicians. From what I understand, they have basically a tryannical stance regarding video gaming.

This game is awesome ... and I absolutely lost my first campaign! 2nd campaign is going much better and I'm enjoying this game. It is soooo much better then Empire: Total War which almost made me lose hope for the series.

As a kid, I remember reading that during the first crusade, the men at arms stood in the desert for almost 9 hours in 130 degree heat in iron armour while fighting off wave after wave of arab cavalry and emerged victorious. The way I think of it, a Doberman Pincer only weighs ninety pounds, but I wouldn't want to mess with one. There was also a French countess who
