Is there a way to select resource tile when a unit stands on it?

I want to build a Farm on a tile with Fertile Land resource. Unfortunately some NPC champion stands right on it - so I just can't select the tile with my mouse. Is there any "special" way to do it? Like Ctrl + click maybe or something. So far it seems ...
