I really like the overhauled cloth map, therefore i only play with it (the mountains in the normal view look horrible and most colors are over saturated for my taste). Anyways i have some problems when playing with cloth map that i would like to see resolved:
1) Cities are too hard to spot, especially what city is currently selected.
==> I suggest to slightly increase the contrast on all city outlines as well as their names
==> don't let the city name be faded out if it is in the fog of war, this mostly happens to cities with long names
==> If a city is selected the name should be highlighted (,i.e. no longer semi transparent gray, but just black) and its outline should be highlighted (i know this is currently the case, but it is not nearly enough currently)
==> the font of the city names is also a bit oo big, which can be bad in case of tightly placed cities
2) Some game information is not available in cloth map mode:
- the wildland of the old empire is surrounded with impassable walls, which can not be seen in cloth map mode
- terraforming spells don't correctly report changes made, for example when i lower a hill into a plain the hill vanishes in the cloth map, but the normal view there are still hills and some mountains left
3) units are hard to distinguish between factions on the cloth map, i would like to see the little statues colored in their owners color.
4) lastly you cannot see what your cities are producing like in the normal view, imho there should be option that when hovering with the mouse of an city i get a tooltip of the current cities production and its population (current/next level)
