Bugs:
I am having lots of cases where loot appears in after combat summary, but not in the inventory.
The game do not return after laptop lockdown - I have it that if I leave the computer untouched it is autolocking, when I return the game freezes.
There is still something leaking memory out there, as I have noticably slowing game down after about 100 turn, and about every 50 afterwards
On my set I am no longer displaying 3d pictures (when viewing the opponents/monsters, or designing my own troops, when selecting sovereing, when shopping/equipping/trading)
The path selection is broken - when I ask armies to move two squares away, they usually take path that takes them two turns to get there, even if a single turn path is available. It seem to be working better on longer paths though.
Requests (this are mostly UI non-game breakign stuff, that would make the experience better):
small request on keyboard shortcuts - I am playing with auto turns disabled and I manually have to end turns. With the keyboard layout I am pressing tab to circle units, but I have to move a hand very far to the enter to end the turn. a ctrl+space or `-key would be good for ending turns as well. also a shift+tab to circle through sleeping cities.
Please put more crosslinking in the descriptions. when I choose the trait for champion and it says you can cast spells like freeze, it is all very well, but if you don't know the spells from previous games (and I do not know many of them) you can't take good decision. same for technology tree - you see icons, small descriptions, ability to click on technology to get full description with crosslinked infromation on building/units/spells it provides would be a good one.
please make those 'x' button bigger - I meand that button to close various things or to delete from city queue - it is a pain to click with microjoystick on laptop.
please add keyboard shortcuts to zoom in/zoom out (pgUp/pgDown?)
the dragon is too small in tactical battle and in the strategic map, that is more general feel - When I see big bad monster I expect it to have fearsome stats - right now, due to leveling up, the monsters can be visually large, but have weak stats and opposite. Can you increase the monsters figures as they level up?
Is it possible to have cloth map tactical battles? Please?
Is it possible to have spells visual effect on cloth map? Please?
Can we get city guardian as a city level up bonus back?
My laptop is heating like hell on this game. After an hours of play I can't keep a finger on the case longer than two seconds. Which is a pain since the point it is heating most is near the tab key. I am not sure if you can do anythign about this, but still maybe you could... There is a similar effect when playing Civ (the laptop doesn't like 3d games very much), but it doesn't heat up that much.
Enable game fireup without internet connection. Please. Most often I fire it up is when I am outside home wifi range. I need to setup phone to enable connection, than I can turn it off as soon as it connect.
There is something terribly wrong with finding places to settle. I am turning on the small indicator that show when I can settle (it is difficult to find it/click on it/and you have to remember to click it every time you start a game) but I can't see a place to settle because the values do not show under fog of war. I also don't see the area that is already claimed (by other cities, outposts and I am almost sure it is different than zones of control. Three shades on map would be sufficient (taken by city/outposts, available for city, available for outpost). I am sure AI has this information, why don't we?
One thing that provide unnecessary complication is the initial city placement. There is no or little strategic value to moving one or two moves to the best nearby location - you won't move farther because you want to have that city pumping pioniers and reasearch asap. It wouldn't change much to start with a starting city already built in a 4/3 location. The result would be one less option from sovereign and one less complication, I never could understand why he can settle in one place and cannot settle in other.
please add simple spell to transfer equipment to capital and to champions for something like 1 mana per 10 squares of distance. If we can teleport champions, it shouldn't be difficult to teleport items and/or troops.
clicking on the quests icon in the left bar should move the camera to the place of next step required to accomplish.
please try to load advanced game on smaller resolutions - multiple resources stack in the upper line making it unreadable, the large number of cities/armies is unmanagable on the left panel (please allow more than one column there)
check the city screen - if long name enchantment is cast upon city they print on themselves making it unreadable.
please add the description to city enchantments, that they can be cast multiple times on a city - I wasn't aware of this, and I am sure most first time player also.
Please add something to the sovereing visual figure that differentiate him from other champions (a banner maybe, or a burning shadow under his feets, anything ...) it makes defeating him much more satisfactory.
Please add information on technological advancement of the faction when negotiating with him (we laready can judge this by amount of avaiable knowledge, but still information like 10 technologies in Warfare, 5 in magic 20 in civilization) would be nice. Similarly the best hero/unit (like in heroes of might and magic when you you paid soem gold in tavern)
Please add initial units setup in tactical battles, especialy if the champion present has a tactician trait.
Please add replay to the battles, especially for spectacular kills - critical strikes, smashing down the sovereign, killing a level 10 monster etc... I don't mean entire battle just a final blow on zoomed in.
Please add camera tracing partcles when shooting over more than one screen range.
and please if any devs read this much of this post please (pretty please) to post anything below this one so I will at least know it was worth to write it down and somebody read it and considered it.
