fps

Im sure others have noticed, but fps stability is still an issue it seems.  I'm playing on a small map, 8x aa.  The zoom level determines when my fps drops to about 20-25.   Zooming far out on the main map, just before entering the cloth map is when it tanks......and just like in elemental, its determined more if the camera is centered around a large city.   Still an amazing game, but i was hoping for 60fps    I tried disabling all kinds of features and it seemed to not matter....  no aa, vs 8x aa made no difference.   I'm running win 7,  i7 cpu @ 4ghz, gtx 580, 12gb ram.
