Hello!
I've been having a lot of stability issues with the game so I'm having a hard time exploring some of the new mechanics and wanted to know if anybody could confirm/deny some of the things I've noticed.
I was trying to find the spell research menu/book, and I couldn't find it. I could only open the spell book with what seemed spells I could cast. Is spell progression now only tied in to the Sovereigns level?
What is the actual impact on selecting to be disciple/novice in the schools of magic? If spells are acquired through leveling what's the advantages of having your sov. be rank 2 rather than rank 1? Is the system using the MOM one where depending on what initial level of affinity you chose with the given school of magic you are limited to only certain spells?
Is the sovereing any different in terms of what spells he/she can learn as opposed to other heroes of the same level?
When a character levels up, do you need to choose spells for him to learn, or are all spells unlocked at a fixed level? For example, a sovering uses all the schools of magic and reaches level 2, does he have to pick a limited number of spells?
As I said, a lot of this I could probably experiment but I have a tendency to crash before even gaining a single level. Then I got fed up and rushed into combat super early, my sov almost died at the "hands" of wolves and had to retreat.
