1.20 and prior issue. Why does the player not receive notices that shards can be built (once the proper tech is researched)? Other resources receive the notice. Just curious. I imagine it's currently working as designed vs. a bug but it's odd. Sometimes I forget to do it since I don't receive a notice.
back before the last beta, if I remember correctly, the shards DID get the exclamation mark, and they lost it during the beta to 1.2.
