[1.0.9 Beta] Is the Sagog's Egg quest still broken in 1.0.9?

Or what do I need to do?  I have the egg.  I've re-visited the dungeon that gave me the quest...nothing happens.  I've tried equipping the egg...nothing happens.

A few hints:

- Have your sovreign do the quest, as only they can finish it (the completion dialog only appears when they return with the egg) and is sometimes seems that having another hero do it causes issues.

- Do not save and reload during the quest.

- The egg does not need to be equipped.

- The egg can be traded. I did the first few steps with a kid's army then handed the egg over to the sov for the final step - I didn't know it was required at the time, but that would explain why it failed in 1.08!
