It would be every so rad if we would get a pop up message or alert(like the ones for city upgrading/buildings being built/etc.) for when a new resource has been revealed or a town's area of influence has increased. This way we know when something is available without having to check all the time.
done in 1.05 - explaimation points appear on the right hand side event list as well as graphically.
Is this also true for shards that seem to "spawn" somewhat irregularly, RFHolloway? I think, I remember this not being the case. But I could be wrong. Mostly I just accidentally find a new shard when I use the cloth map for a change.
