Nobody's twisting your arm to do so, and certainly nobody signed a contract with you promising you certain features. Yes, some changes to the game are a little disappointing, but maybe next time you should wait for the final game, if it means that much to you.
And you can drop all the bait-and-switch and deception and stuff like that. The game wasn't finished. Deception is if they advertise something that's in the finished game that's not actually in the finished game.
