I am unable to move an item from one character to another if it is equipped. As well I am unable to move an item if I have two on one character and one is equipped while the other is not.

If the soverein is in a group with a character and you select that character(not the sovereign) the character is highlighted, but the inventory displayed is the sovereigns.

In Beta 3B it seems female sovereigns at creation do not have vests, waist skirts, and boots. I think also head choices were not available.

The archery description on the research screen says this provides long bows, but the box to the right does not display the bow with a graphic or the words "Long Bow."
