Ok, where do I get the debug.err for that session? Pardon my ignorance.
And it was a new game. It took me a while to notice because it kept researching, then nothing available, and would restart researching. I think I noticed the research bar at the bottom finally and wondered where my techs were. I simply restarted, and everything was fine.
