I launched a game. Couldn't build a kingdom because I was 'Too close to another city'.

This is very bad because you lose one turn at the start and can't make use of some of the resources nearby because of bad placement of an unseen city.

I then had to move to found the city. Janusk appeared. I found the city, Janusk is now on the other side. To move towards him, I move into the city. I then move towards Kanusk with the phylactera icon and instead of recruiting him, I kill him.

Have to restart in such a case.
