[.90][Bug] nVidia screens can still be blurry, dark and have ghosting.

Same issues as previously with nVidea graphics cards.

Advanced Lighting can lead to blurry and/or dark screens

Turning off Advanced Lighting can lead to ghost imagery on screen.

Alt-Tabbing can help clean up Advanced Lighting issues but then city titles on screen become corrupted.

I get the same thing.

Even Windowed mode doesn't save me.

Have to go to Cloth Map mode to avoid seeing it on the map, but it's still visable on every 3D image unless Advanced Lighting it on, but then...the blur is still there.
