When not in full screen, cant seem to edge scroll. Now looking for the scroll keys .

nevermind - I got it now!
This is working as intended. As you'd have to land the mouse exactly on the border in a non-desktop sized window, and you'll be crossing said border with the mouse any time to switch to another window, it's really not practical in that context.
