The construction graphic for the fire temple on top of the fire crystal stays even after the fire temple has been built:

I noticed the same thing in my game. The fire temple is finished and works, but keeps the building in progress graphics.
This is working as intended--the final model won't be in the beta, since that sort of thing doesn't really need tested.
