Backstory: Sodam is an aged warrior that has survived the wilds of the lands. He has join many small tribes but only a few ever survive the harsh world they live in and its thanks to Sodam. Usually he does leave them to continue adventuring. Though Sodam is getting older and he knows this so he is ready to settle down as a Sergent or a General. He has lots of experience in training warriors and hunters, and leading them. He can train soldiers faster and they have some more experience thanks to Sodam. Though Sodam is a very blunt person and people do think he is insane with the training he puts people through but the results speak for itself...

Yes hes a good leader for your troops and a good trainer but the people in your cities will probably view him as an insane drill instructor... But hey you got better troops... He is getting old so he doesn't get around very quickly. But he is still a pretty good warrior.
