Summary: When turning on the "Use Mods" option, than turning it off again (without exiting the options), will result in a restart request.

1.) Start the game

2.) Press the Spacebar to reach the main menu

3.) Select Options

4.) Turn on the "Use Mods" option

5.) Turn the option back off

6.) Return to the main menu

Results: You are prompted to restart your game because the option "Use Mods" has changed

Expected Results: You should only be prompted to restart if the setting has actually changed when you leave the options screen. In this instance it is in the same place it was in when you entered the options, so no change has been made.
