Bear with me, I decided to take a look at one of autoresolve battles and found out that it was borderline ridiculous xD I was exploring the wildlands, and found one of the wildlands known as the treasure caves something, where you explore them and find a monster army that murders you or a treasure instead!~ One of the caves unleashed a fell dragon on me, that took me by a big surprise and then I was like sad and conceded defeat to it. So I

I managed to get the swampy asag wildlands to happen in one of my games, i run into it very infrequently. So after I ran into them swamplands and started to stab everything, Asag is noticably very aggressive and will attempt to kill everything that enter its borders. No wonder why my old playthrough long time ago with bacco's army being composed of mostly mercenary had pretty hard time xD I learned that Equinox sword is awesome and makes Exper
Ah swell thank you very much! My memory's bad xD
I've gotten the air walker... uh is that he one that summons the air elemental right? If so, it tends to pop up few turns before I run into Bacco and be forced into a battle with him super early. I saw a AI sovereign walking around with Vetrar's Fist once. I've seen scepter of domination few times. My guess is you're unlucky or their rates is too low to the point of being super rare. Everything else on your list?
I like it when they leave the wild lands, My only regret is that the wildlands cannot expand. :( If I can bring down a obsidian golem in first 50 turns of the game with basic spears.... so can you. Obsidian Golem's biggest mistake was picking a fight with me instead of going for the AI and emerging victorious. Or was it in the first 150 turns? I forgot, happened last year. Anyways, it makes the world more lively
I've seen it happen too bestest solution to the problem I have found is to ignore them and do whatever I wanna until the AI comes around and makes peace with me especially if they're on other side of world xD
last batch of screenshots.... I started the assault on the last of Pariden. They have burned about 30+ Armies trying to defeat and take the ruins of Imperia for themselves and break out of the lockdown i had imposed on them for the whole game. They just couldn't do it. They couldn't defeat even one of the five armies I had stationed there in Imperia so when time came around for them to go. I decided to assemble the armies in the area plus fou
Here's the update, finally got around to finishing it because this game get very buggy when it reaches 19-20+hours on a map very often. Anyways, After tarth got rolled over, I selected altar as my next target.... One side effect of mowing the AI down means they will get tougher because their skyhigh unrest will go down as they lose cities and become enabled to start producing better units xD After cutting down few bad towns from altar
Soldiers also influence your score. There was a point where I had only 10 cities but when i started to crank the machine up and field 20+ armies then my score more than doubled from 300+ to 600+ pretty fast. Then It just snowballed from there as I took tarth cities.
During today I suddenly became very determined to bring this army's hp value over nine thousand hp because DBZ. Most of the experience came from AI's deadly/epic armies. Found several battles where it basically gave a whole bar of exp. Here's the portrait of Soliag xD He's no pushover at all, 442 hp yikes. He dont' even have his shield equipped because he&#
Is your umberdroth unit "greyed" in the unit circle in your stack? If so, then it would have happened with any city (not specific to The Dead's capital.) On the plus side, the captured city now has an Umberdroth as a defender unit...
Yes my umberdroth is greyed out and it was greyed out when I tamed it for the first time.
As the Titam seems to be "Men" -race, I'd like to use Karavox's ability on it
As matter of fact, in one of my previous threads, that's what one of players did. They can be recruited through Kraxis and raise unholy hell on enemies for you. Kraxis only have one city left, I'm tempted to force him to surrender to me in case there's still more titans wandering in the current map.
Why do the AI love to bring lots of armies and then proceed to put them into a single tile? It makes them too easy to be countered with stratgetic map spells. x.x Still took me well over 2 hours to clear them out and I used so much guardian winds today. xD They still managed to field better archers than the Tarth did. Procipinee's not finest hour. She got all bloodthirsty and charged ahead o
On a side note, I notice the Undead units tend to play very poorly in auto-resolve (which is where most of the AI-only battles take place I believe), possibly in combat as well but I'm not too sure. Basically, Morrigan once attacked some of my Scouts, and I auto-resolved the combat (which I always do when my auto-explore Scouts get attacked by anything), only to win this time. Looking at the combat log, Morrigan basically kept spamming T
Just because consulate is expensive to build doesn't mean it isn't a viable strategy. I've had games where I didn't have a single death shard so I relied on consulates and got by just fine. Heck you could make your first city a town so you can have very high growth by the time where slums come online and it would allow alot of pioneers to be sent out. I like the undead the way they are, they're a hoot to play. Also, I suspect 2
Hah, I like this suggestion.
Back, my attempts to create consulate guide has been unsuccessful because I keep on rolling maps rich in LIfe/Death Shards. Ah. Gods of RNG. You never fail to amuse me. Anyways At least I got one map where it isn't heavy in Death shards. The war, I was forced into it anyways; normally I play passive. But Yithril is hyperaggressive so I had to go and take him out. Yithril dow'd me. Not me dowing him.. Blessings of the dead upon me.. as I found the Fortr
I discovered a pretty bad bug today while playing one of my custom factions. When I charged and took over the Dead's capital city Calebthornsomething, my Umberdroth kept on vanishing... I rage reloaded because I was sure it survived. Then attacked and took it over, my umberdroth vanished again. Reloaded, and it vanished everytime I attempt to take over Calebthorn. Then on fifth try.... I to
I shall eagerly await your expert guide. I agree the dead are a blast to play, which is why I want to make them more viable.
I'm going ot postpone the guide for today because RNG keeps on giving me death/life shard starts with Morrigan X.X and I wanted to make one guide without them around! Oh well. Gonna attempt it tomorrow and hope wahtever rng I've been getting resets. </
Okay Apheirox, The Dead guide is obviously necessary. I will attempt to create one tomorrow if my sore throat is gone by tomorrow morning. And it will have screenshots accompanying the guide. What's more, I will even use Morrigan's faction for it. Simply because the dead is such a blast for me to play.
Yes, but the AI need to be able to play 'the dead' as well.
I believe the AI hasn't been programmed to use outposts upgrades and thus, its very likely that AI hasn't been programmed to play the dead yet.
But I never have problems even when I have isolated start or no access to death shards. For starters, Tower of Domination ensures that your capital have +1 growth at minimum. Then, construct those consulates for outposts and set them up next to your cities. I'll show a picture tomorrow. Having no death shards and rushing research to consulates just merely means you'll have slower start. I'v
Oh i see, my bad you didn't say continents but rather a continent xD I'm also one of people who will like to read the story you want to tell.
I believe a water type mage plus trait for Savant would be quite epic along with a mix of armor that boosts Initative by alot so that your water mage can go first and cast blizzard as fast as possible and very often. I only have dabbled into a mage with savant for blizzard with haste cast on it.. eeeyowuch.
Wait continents? What are you talking about? Isn't maps of FE:LH all rectangle shaped?
