Congratulations, you just defeated yourself?

He does have a point with heroes at the moment. They are OP. I'm not sure how to balance it though. You can get really powerful champs well before you have troops that can match.
And here I thought Beta 4 already had an improvement in the fonts, so this is an even bigger bonus! I was surprised about how much a difference it makes.
Is that a skeleton riding a triceratops in that picture?
Oh, and here is that same saved game much later. I'm surprised my power rating is so close to the other players, but then again, I don't really build troops. I didn't see the point in paying the wages :P https://dl.dropbox.com/u/100579257/gfgf.EleSav
I heard you wanted example of game play. Here is a saved game of .952. I felt this world was really unbalanced even though I chose a high difficulty. No one is pressuring me, Magnar died on turn 2, maybe that has to do with it? Anyway, at this early stage, I already had felt I've won. https://dl.dropbox.com/u/100579257/AlreadyWon.EleSav
Just got this message from Pariden. I was tempted by her offer, but all I could say was goodbye.
Whose the guy in the bottom right?
Yeah, I find it kind of strange at the moment, I think spells should be acquired with level*. Sometime you can get really powerful summons in early levels just from luck. The choice between magic and might should be between spell/magic bonuses versus other attribute bonuses. Throwing spells into the mix just seems odd. *Spells could be unlocked in other way as well, magic schools being built?
Lord Vexnor and the Death Juggernauts Awesome, I know. You can have it though. For a small price.
- When we loot items, the popup shows us what the new item is. It gives us the option of equipping, trading it or doing nothing ("ok"). When we hover over the item to see what it is, show us what we have equipped next to it! That's basic RPG ui.
This. Basically this equip button was added so that we don't have to go to the equipment screen, yet we still do so we can find out what the f**k item it will be replacing
Where the cities, units, and quests are, can we get a scroll bar that pops up when this section is hovered over with the mouse? I play on the train just using my touchpad mouse, and it so hard to scroll through the cities without zooming in and out the map screen instead.
Posted this in FE Beta by accident (among a few others), re-post in correct forum. Scenario is thus: I have auto-turn turned on and I have one turn to research my next technology. I move my last unit for the turn, immediately press escape, and pressed load save game. All of the sudden the discovered technology screen comes up. However, I could still select a saved game to load (this window was on top). I selected a game, and the technology
I put an outpost down and the next turn, the AI put one down directly next to it and manager to take both resources I had wanted with my first one. To me that should be an act of war!
Click a bunch of times on the start up splash screen - CTD While loading a saved game, click a few times on the loading screen - CTD Win a battle, click a few times on the victory button - CTD etc., etc.
I equipped some monster repellant (first time I saw this!) on my hero who was roaming the land solo. 2 turns later I was attacked by 3 air skiths (not sure on name - the scorpions looking thingies). Is this a bug?

I don't know, I think I agree with Frog on this one. I'm about making it more fun. If you want the cities, don't demand surrender.
I think I've only noticed it when there are lots of troops on the field. Possibly when I have multiple spell casters.
Now that path of the gov heroes can build roads, could we make it so that path of the governor heroes can also speed up resource development if stationed there, or even have them build on resources independent of a city? It always seems that all my resources get built in the same city, i.e. when I can upgrade my shards, they are all in one city's queue, which can take ages to get through.
As the title suggests, sometimes the command action bar doesn't display when its a unit's turn in combat. I have no choice but to press the space bar to skip that unit's turn.
After shrinking an enemy with my magic maul weapon, their attack goes to some large negative number.
Here is a save game where I couldn't end the current turn. However, reloading does allow me to end the current turn. BUT, if you end turn, auto run the magnar attack, you will see the same behaviour again. Magnar has a huge stack of armies that keeps attacking me, but it doesn't load the combat screen. And I can no longer complete my turn once this happens Here is the saved game: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/100579257/tuf2.El
The road system doesn't work currently. It refuses to connect certain cities.
I got to fight him with all the units in my army. Is that a bug?
