[.951][Bug] Threading - Pop up issue

Posted this in FE Beta by accident (among a few others), re-post in correct forum.

Scenario is thus:

I have auto-turn turned on and I have one turn to research my next technology.

I move my last unit for the turn, immediately press escape, and pressed load save game.  All of the sudden the discovered technology screen comes up.  However, I could still select a saved game to load (this window was on top).  I selected a game, and the technology window is still there.  The buttons on this window are not active (i.e. I can't close it) and my saved game never loads.
