You dont have a payed subscription, it just means that Stardock commits to at least one year of updates to the game. Which is different to most publishers that plan for one update and then be done and start working on other games. Does it mean support effectively stops not before last purchase date + 1 year?
lol. i am going to buy this game in ten years and demand that they live up to
I'm referring to growing as building pioneers. Though I wouldn't mind if they did that after like turn 100 or something. If I had my full way, the only difference between a minor and major would be minors couldn't win the adventure/magic/diplo routes, and wouldn't "try" to win.
boo to that. they
i am guessing that a caster's individual mana will remain in some form so that unlimiting casting during battles will not be an issue.
Do note that it's spell changes and tactical "tweaks". I think you're expecting too much if you think that will fix tactical combat, perhaps we can get a peak? Still, any improvement is welcomed. Looking forward to it.
if the speed of tactical combat is fixed, this game will officially be playable. so that is what i am hoping for. i can wait for other balance issues.
they are currently working to rework combat. (maybe fixed by tuesday?[cross your fingers]) like i said: not so much a bug as it is a flaw...if that makes sense.
speelin an gramer r 4 suckas. nietchesz sed dat a free spirit had know nead 4 gramer.
i am a skeptic. [e digicons][/e]
must be a another randomness problem. there are either too few or too many (insert random resource here) every time you start a new map.
Making use of a lesson learned By Frogboy Posted September 9, 2010 12:14:31 PM I have good news and bad news. The bad news is that we’re going to have to delay v1.08 for a few days. The internal QA deadline for the test
really? i currently have over 30 champions (I like to collect them) unfortunately they all have crap for equipment because I cant afford to get them all the good stuff, there are at least ten who are unarmed completely because of cost constraints. but anyway...have you researched the recruitment, heroes, and legends techs? (kingdom techs, not sure what the empire's are called) those are the ones that release new champions into the wilds for you to recruit.
I hope it will be fixed sooner or later. When you have a group of four soldiers, it should be possible to take it down by four group of similar soldiers (I mean one quad against four singles). Now when you encounter such groups, your fighter heroes become useless no matter their equipment.
you are missing the whole point of squads if you believe that. 4 on 4 is not at all the same thing as 4 against
why would you do that?
so has anyone created a mod for sexy female lingerie yet?
there are no "knights" in Elemental. However, there are "Knites". lol
the most important thing is another you guys dont consider that multiplayer is the BEST balance workshop its way harder to balance while ai does stupid mistake, instead in mp you can see the real problems when actual ppl play and learn from mistakes and use good strategies against each other
actually mentioned several times...including in the post immediately before yours... why o
I think we need to make sure we are all talking about the same thing when we say "grow". For example I get the impression some think they should by like full factions setting up more cities and such, which kinda defeats the purpose of "minor" faction. Personally when I talk about them growing I think that they should build up their city so that it becomes stronger and they can produce more. Thus allowing them to field better units a
That must be unqiue to a specific one of the minor factions cause I've never seen them sell that armor.
not at home so i cant check...i think it is Lujon...or whatever...that sells the pressed iron (metal body armor has +4 without combat speed penalty, so it really is half-decent for cheap armor). never saw any other unique items
Sure. Flame him hard enough and he might be motivated to close the gaming division of Stardock. I would think that a loss to gaming community, but the trolls will just turn to somewhere else.
like you fanboys are any less annoying than we are. [e digicons]>_>[/e] anyway: was sold as a mp enabled game, would help test balancing issues in a way that a gimpy AI cannot.&
don't listen to him! i thought it was sheer poetry! I like a man that does his research! good work!
not really a bug. the game just needs a dramatic rework in many areas, including combat.
they should definitely develop. they certainly should not expand. the fact that they are utterly incapable of defending themselves against the smallest of attacks is just plain wrong. unique items in their shops would be cool too. (edit: other than the "awesome" pressed iron armor that they sell)
champions would have to be more than paper tigers before I would get behind anything like that
so you would want to downgrade units?
kids grow up so fast these days....
