Pretty much it. Brad mentioned this was coming tonight, with a few fixes.

I've had issues with off-center and over-sized sovereigns on that page, if I used a custom leader. I wonder if the two issues aren't related, and that your Invisible Sovereign isn't due to free-floating image that's essentially off-screen.
Is 1.4r .99-compatible?
What's wrong with the idea of visually outlining on the strategic map the monster aggravation zone?
Or at least, making it a checkbox option for new players. I've been playing the betas for months, but I'm all for easing new players into a pretty complex and deep game.
only derek & the frog know, we just have to NAG till we get it
Because nagging developers for something always works. Why am I reminded that one definition of insanity is doing something that fails an endless number of times? [e digicons]:-"[/e]
And Magnar needed to moisturize.
One more thing, I relly miss the Dynasty part of the game, is that going back in to the game?
No. I don't think it could be added in via a mod, but you might check. Given the robust modding tools Brad's promised us, it's just possible. And you could do this, yourself.
Press M to open spellbook and then you can cast your spell...only decent workaraound
Remember, new beta due out later Monday. Might be fixed by then. But M is a good workaround, and thanks for pointing that out.
Quoting Glazunov1, reply 14No action bar doesn't equate to no moves, if a character is hit by Titan's Breath Did you read the whole thread? It also has happened to me with Contagion and Mass Curse. Those spells don't remove the ability to cast spells or use abilities. And besides, in the original post, my champion had resisted the Titan's Breath, so he should have been able to use spells/abilities.[/quot
Glad to hear that about archers. Also noticed in the last release or two that Air Elementals were now using spells more intelligently, and not always resorting to Titan's Breath when a relatively powerful unit was attacking them at melee.
I will randomly have this issue happen to me quite often, most often at the beginning of a turn. I have to auto-turn for my first guy up and then usually people after him will have the action bar reappear
No action bar doesn't equate to no moves, if a character is hit by Titan's Breath. It simply means the character can't access any objects or spells for one turn. In the meantime they
Quoting GFireflyE, reply 24I also agree with his 'Diplomacy' comment. In an RPG world, there should be interactions galore!! Stealing princesses and rescuing them. Revolts from a city as a new hero gets just a little too full of himself. Trades. Treaties. Backstabs. Plot. Plot. Plot. Granted, there is backstory to each of the factions...but HOW does that effect the gameplay?? It should be seen and felt; ie different quests and storyl
Third. It's like so many latter day products, living off a name that no longer has anything to do with the original developers. Buy Kaspersky, and do yourself a favor.
I would expect more quests, items, and possibly the ability to electro-shock a player who
Could you be a bit more specific as to what sort of things are being held content wise? creatures? events? quests? items?
He could, but why should he? Holding back means not letting go. Just settle back, and count down the days, the hours, the minutes until it releases. Consider a hobby.
I really like that level of personal detail on the characters.
Does it not show as an active quest?
No, nothing shows about it, once past that intro screen.
I will be working on adding goodie items and quests, but not until after release.
does this mean you're working on the weekend, or more work done on monday? (no pressure)
When you're this close to a major release in any field, there's no such thing as a weekend.
Just for the record, I like Civilization V. It always pains me when I see people who don't like Civ V focus on Jon. I understand why they do (just like when people put the end design of WOM on me, I wanted a freaking Master of Magic clone with MP and unit design, one doesn't always get what one wants, the tech, budget, etc. affects things more than most people can imagine). Anyway, FE is definitely a 4X game. If it's no

Don't invade Russia in winter and autoresolve dark wizards, those are the truest statements in war history. So the two truest principles of war are: Don't invade Russia in winter, autoresolve dark wizards, and don't bring a knife to a gunfight. No, that's three. Yes, the three main things to

But I think the point the GameSpy writer is making is that you can't successfully combine tactical combat, 4x TBS strategy, and roleplaying. Hmm, I didn't read it that way at all. I'd agree with SeanW that we're all very close to
Congratulations! Did you decide on Proserpine for the first name, or the second?
The problem is that, right now, those different genres don't necessarily mix well in the game. RPG champions don't really need the 4x cities. So it is a but disjointed in that it's like playing 3 games instead of 1 with multiple, interconnected parts. A screen appears, signalling a worldwide event, like the appearance of an enemy that forces everybody else to unite, etc. But you're clicking something else in the meantime, and that screen is gone before you can read it. Is there any in-game log to see what conditions the event have set in place?
