Except in the OP pic, it is 3, 3, 3.

They need to change the name to a surcharge, and make it approximately equivalent to recovering costs.
You can pause whenever you want. Maybe not exactly the same as turn-based, but as close as a RTS is able to get.
I hope so too. =)
It is still a choosable race ability though, so it should be fixed anyway. Hopefully the devs will re-instate the two missing factions in an expansion.
If only they knew the fate in store for them... ;-) And with Steal Soul (like other strategic spells), you don't even need to be next to the hero. They agree to help you for nothing, so you repay them by stealing their souls. ;-)
By notify and play I mean you have your turn, then it notifies the next human player to have their turn, so you don't all have to be on at the same time. I was not referring to DRM.
I'm pretty sure you get the XP for capturing a beast the same as if you killed them (and the beast too gets some XP, ironically ;-)).
[quote who="mmorley" reply="22" id="3173678"]It all sounds great, but what about fixing the main issue of the game crashing before it can be finished? Putting a bunch of hours into playing this great game only not to be able to finish it is soooo frustrating... note my comments that I posted in the wrong thread the other day https://forums.joeuser.com/423812/page/8/#replies also to add one more observation of a pathing bug, it would be sooooo great if you could move your units and
If you mean a guarantee that FE is not going to become Steam exclusive, well then Frogboy already said that. Steam will be optional. All I hope is that any other Elemental strategy game or RPG will be Steam optional.
I would hope that if Elemental games come to Steam in some form, they don't also become Steam required, even if they do have multiplayer. However Brad, what was that about the notify and play infrastructure that was already put in place for Elemental multiplayer? Couldn't that be used instead of Steam for the approximately 25% of players who don't want to use Steam?
Let me guess. Your sov's profession was Beastlord. ;-)
Well, I've got both of them installed at the moment and I'm not getting the problems you describe, so if so running them together is not a problem for everyone. =)
Only in games. =)
I agree totally with your post Malsqueek. And there are a few level 5 and higher champions that start with two or more spell schools. Maybe this should be massively reduced.
Or high level traits negating Maul. ;-) =)
It only applies near the city that has the Stable integrated. In other cities just the basic horses are available.
Maybe that's the difference then. Fast pace TIMES 4 TIMES makes an even bigger difference then regular pace TIMES 4 TIMES. I think the fast pace actually accentuates the super-boosted AI's advantage.
One time, one turn before I could claim it, Gilden built a Outpost on a Lost Library. I wish he'd claimed it, him getting it would be far better than wasting it for everybody! (Unless you declared war.)
To MiamiBigAl - I said impossible without using an attacking strategy. If you can win a game against Insane difficulty, 10 Insane AIs such as Tuidjy uses, with Max Settings (Dense Resources, Magic and Monsters, and Fast Pace) WITHOUT attacking another player first, I would consider you a genius, and extremely lucky. From what I can tell, the only way you can win on these settings is to attack each player one by one, starting with the weakest (or weakest closest), and possibly you
You can still get Warhorses WITHOUT Legacy of Serrane by connecting a Stables inside a city's borders (so it needs to be absorbed by the city).
I had Enchanters, Master Scouts, Defensive, Betrayers, and Scholars (and the 4 weaknesses). Even though I levelled up a number of Henchmen, and my Sov was high 20's level by the end, and I ended up buying 10 powerful units with Silver Tongue and high Spell Mastery, they just kept on attacking my with too many units. They get so high production bonuses that even with 60% unrest from capturing my towns, their production bonus by itself exceeds the unrest penalty. My Sov ha
Politicians may be more or less bad, but they are all still politicians.
Just read this through, I like these ideas. =)
GFireflyE, maybe they could take that course in the next Elemental strategy game, when they have time to review things?
