Gee, it's bad if LoL has that. ;-) Must be very addictive for all that DRM. Just to make sure, I'm laughing with you and not at you, just double meaning for the LoL. ;-)

No worries. ;-) =)
Good! That will help narrow it down.
Yes, currently the AI can build on illegal tiles for humans. This obviously needs to be fixed. =)
I agree Heavenfall.
Although Brad isn't as bad as most business people. ;-) As far as businessmen go, Brad is better than most. ;-)
Some monsters have very high spell resistance. Ophidians are especially hard at they have 100 + Level Bonus in resistance, meaning you generally need to have 80-90 Spell Mastery to have a chance at taming them. I haven't tried enough to see if spells or taming can be cast on Ophidians yet. Daze from Hoarder Spiders always seems to work, but that may be because it's a mass spell and mass spells can't currently be resisted.
It's possible to start the Taming process before the monster arrives. But you tend to have to absorb two hits without dying AND succeed at your taming attempt. Brilliant starting trait helps here (extra 2 Spell Mastery per level, plus you get a +10% experience as a bonus).
The devs said they fixed the bug with extra starting traits, but I'm not sure if that's the case in all conditions.
No, I will still play on lower difficulties. It will be great if "Challenging" will eventually be able to provide a decent challenge without any AI bonuses. It was just fun playing an "us against the world" type of game. And if the next patch has Master Scouts no longer providing monster protection for cities, then beating Insane will be significantly harder, as you'll have to make sure your cities are always well defended against monster attack (and can no longer build
It may be that whenever you start a new game after having already played another game that they get the extra traits.
Well, it was not just directed at you. =) I just think it's a good idea to have a good low-cost, reliable, private webmail. But if you've got a good ISP email account that's fine too.
I think it is a bug.
Actually, it took me around 15 - 20 playthroughs - and I eventually figured out that when the other settings are maxed, it's not a good idea to have Fast Tech Pacing (because the AIs already get 3 x research and production).
Well, I'm just saying that I finally finished Insane difficulty with 10 Insane AIs, with the only reloads being when I got an inactive quest tile from a Quest Map. The rest of the text was just random commentary. ;-)
When a quest/quest combination has already been done, if the quest map produces one of these an inactive tile is produced. However, the one with Hainen the Fire Disciple can be repeated, and so can the one where you have to side with a mob or the disciples, but siding with the disciples produces a different result each time. You need to prevent the Quest Map producing inactive Quest tiles, and add more quests. Maybe also change the Quest Map item to be associated with Wand
I would agree that Path of the Assassin is the best Path when you are outnumbered. Even if only a bit of damage normally slips through to the enemy, if you have a high crit chance and damage you can punch through even the heaviest armor. Plus all the buffs with Procipinee's Crown including Regeneration of 3 or 4 per turn, and even when you do get damaged you heal it up. The most essential part of the armor, apart from heavy enough armor - the Ivory Helm. Being able
I think Tireless March shouldn't apply in combat. Tireless March implies endurance, not speed.
Answer - get a low cost account at FastMail ( http://fastmail.fm ). They are pretty cheap and you are not selling away your privacy. I even asked them if they data mined emails like Google did and they said no, see our privacy policy. By paying a little you are saving a lot (in privacy). I trust them unlike all the big information mining/selling companies.
Sounds like a good, simple fix.
Humans can't stack Burning Blade, only AIs (currently) can.
I think diplomacy is actually a lot better in the latest patch. By trading for research points, you can reasonably often get on good terms with big powers before their relations get lower than cool.
Maybe the formula for extra fire damage could be 10 + [(number of fire and death shards)/3] fractions rounded down, with a minimum of 1. This should provide some bonus damage but not make it ridiculous if you've stacked death shards (which are the only damage related shards that it is possible to stack heaps of by converting them with Death Worship).
I think 5 squares a turn should be enough. (Horse + Longstrider Boots + Only 1 Tireless March applying per stack)
I would agree to having bigger tactical maps.
