You can spend fame and get less fame if you train henchmen. ;-)

There's another blue circle ring effect that sometimes stays on the map too, not sure whether it's caused by a spell or an item.
Spears would not be able to impale heavily armored units without breaking right through them. At the very least, the damage for the further unit should be reduced to 75% or even 50%, even if there is no unit in the first square.
Examples, the sword that you get when you defeat Vetrar - the Blizzard spell does not appear when equipped. And as reported by someone else, the Lightning Pike doesn't give Summon Air Elemental either. I think that any item that gives a spell is not giving the spell at the moment.
Actually, I just did that quest, and you have to fight three ogres then go to Moriah's Village. I think the fight to get them should be tougher than three basic ogres and a bit of cross-country trekking.
You really used all the excuses? Here was I thinking you'd choose one or two until one worked. ;-)
I think the way it works is this - when you are Kingdom, none of your heroes can ever gain levels in Death Magic, and vice versa with Empires and Life Magic. They can start with the opposite magic and you can steal it, but I have never had Death Magic heroes be able to level up their Death Magic when I am a Kingdom side.
You get most (probably all after a few games) of the quests with a Huge map and the highest setting for quests. =) Oh, and having Wanderlust for 100 gildar Quest Maps helps too. ;-)
Yes, it's always been able to increase the levels of schools, even ones you can't normally learn.
That would be great if they did that. There does need to at least be an option for more XP and more levels. =)
Great ideas. =)
You have to have a very large amount of mana to get a big benefit, and if you're getting smacked for 100+ damage each round, even Mana Shield will run out.
Just say "Playing FE makes me feel happier. LH is a better version of FE, and you like it when I'm in a better mood." =)
I think it would be better to reduce the use of +XP% skills and increase the base rate of earning experience for champions and hero units. We're not getting enough levels, even if having Altar Blood, Brilliant, Potential1-3 and Knowledge from Path of the Mage. It's not quite as bad with all of them, but it is very bad with hardly any of them.
I think it's a double fight (like the Arena, though only two fights) against stone creatures in the temple.
Could be.
If you have three heroes each with one of Death (Life) I/II/III, you can get up to Death (Life) III by Steal Spirit starting with I. Also, can the devs make Death Adept henchmen for evil Altar (Men) factions?
No, if it was working the enemies would be taking a LOT more damage, especially when swarmed.
Yes, you beat up some trolls, rescue a few horses, and get the option to build Theatre of the Wind, which is quite a neat building (+5 Gildar not the least).
I think I've seen it miss, but I'm not totally sure.
This is a great idea! [e digicons]k1[/e]
I think it was a bug originally, then they brought in a new non-combat recall scroll to go to your capital, and forgot to change the Escape Scroll's text with the new intent to just escape from battle. Escaping from battle and escaping to your capital with just one scroll is just too much.
It doesn't. Units don't become more fragile when cursed (as reported in another thread).
I think if the Sov still is in the game, and he has no cities, he gets to found a new capital. Either that or some pioneers had already been produced and they were used.
I think it's a great idea to expand on that NPC quest.
